  • How can I place my order
    You can place an order directly on our website.
  • Is FJSB Creations online a secure site?
    Providing our customers with a safe, secure shopping experience is crucial for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted, and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. In addition, we will never sell or provide your information to any outside party.
  • When will I be charged?
    For credit and debit card payments the payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time the order is placed. Your account will not be charged until the order is shipped. Note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
  • For payment by Paypal®
    The money is deducted at the time your order is placed.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    The very moment you place your order we begin processing it and are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit our return policy to initiate a return if you should change your mind. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
  • Is there a minimum order size for wholesalers?
    Yes. We require a 10 piece minimum order size with the exclusion of some wholesale orders.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order. Rates are based on the total cost of the order and are calculated using U. S. Postal Service shipping rates. To get an estimated cost simply add items to cart and checkout, enter or verify shipping address and choose when you want to receive your package. This will allow you to see the shipping cost for your package.
  • Does FJSB Creations ship outside of the United States?
    We currently only ship in the USA.
  • When can I expect my items to be delivered?
    While we try our very best to process and ship most orders within 2-3 business days, there are times that unforeseen situations may arise. Please know that should these situations occur we will email you immediately with updates of any shipment delays that we may encounter. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, please contact us.
  • What is your return policy?

  • Addresses/Lost or Stolen Merchandise
    It is your sole responsibility to make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. FJSB Creations is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. In addition, FJSB Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.
  • Are your products first quality?
    All products we carry are designed in house and are “first quality” free of major defects.
  • My order was damaged or defected. What should I do?
    We pride ourselves in providing high quality items and we do our best to ensure all our products are perfectly produced. Our designers and manufacturers inspect the quality of all products in addition to our warehouse staff who check all items before shipping. This is to ensure that during delivery your order is protected with durable packaging and shipped with care. Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer care team at info@fjsbcreations.com along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
  • My order was missing an item(s). What should I do?
    If items are missing in your order and not being shipped in multiple shipments, you may request a replacement by contacting customer care at: info@fjsbcreations.com
  • Which items can be screen-printed/monogrammed?
    We offer screen-print/monogram on select products. Click on product you desire to have screen-printed/monogrammed and if it can be screen-printed/monogrammed it will allow you to move forward with the process.
  • How do I start earning points after joining?
    To keep it simple just SIGN-UP. EARN. REDEEM. REPEAT. It’s that easy! There are so many ways to earn points! Let’s count the ways: create an account; place an order; review products; celebrate a birthday; share on facebook; like on facebook just to name a few. So you will receive points for every dollar spent and be rewarded for engaging with us on social.
  • Can points be transferred to another account?
    No, you can only have one account.
  • Do my points expire?
    No... however we get that with the hustle and bustle of everyday life we some times forget that we have received certain perks and discounts. Therefore, after inactivity of 1 year we will send you a reminder via email encouraging you to use those points that await you! No worries... we got you!
  • How do I use points?
    Points can be spent by applying to items in your cart when you check out. You can also wait and accumulate them to spend on a more significant purchase! Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Points MUST be used within 3 months. Once you hit a reward threshold, you MUST use that reward coupon in a single purchase; it will not carry a remaining balance.
  • I'm having issues with my dashboard account; who should I contact?
    All technical difficulties or confusion over how the points system works, please contact our customer care team at info@fjsbcreations.com.
  • What are the limitations on earning points?
    Reward points are only eligible on merchandise prices only; taxes, shipping, and purchases made with an E-Gift or on a wholesale account are not eligible to earn rewards.
  • How does coupon codes work?
    When you have earned a reward, it will remain in your account for 3 months. Coupons will remain in your account until you're ready to redeem it. Coupons can not be combined with other coupons.
